The M37XX series robot&universal test, with a diameter of 15 to 135mm, 50 to 6400N, 0.5 to 320Nm, is a matrix decoupled 6-axis force sensor. The diameter of M3701

15mm, with a thickness of 14mm, it is the world's smallest commercial six axis force sensor. The M37XX series has nonlinearity, hysteresis less than 0.5% F.S, and crosstalk less than 2% F.S. 3 times the overload capacity. A decoupling matrix of 6X6 will be provided in the sensor calibration report.
